We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Relationship Officer (RO) to join our Secured Lending team in Surabaya. This role is focused on business hunting, identifying and acquiring clients with potential assets for secured financing. You will play a key role in expanding our loan portfolio by generating leads, managing client relationships, and providing tailored financing solutions that fit the borrowers’ needs.
What you will do:
- Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with potential collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding their evolving business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.
What we are looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in secured lending, B2B sales, or financial institutions with exposure to collateral-based financing.
- Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients; not limited to SME cash flow analysis but focused on asset-backed lending opportunities.
- Experience in managing a portfolio or target with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (maximum cap at IDR 10 billion).
- Strong understanding of general industry landscapes, with specialization in 1–2 key industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Hunter mindset with strong critical thinking and analytical capability.
