Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to acquire and onboard investors, including HNWIs and retail clients, to drive mutual fund sales and AUM growth.

You will assess clients’ goals and risk profiles to tailor fund recommendations and asset allocations, monitor portfolios, and manage onboarding and fund transactions while delivering market insights to deepen engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Institutional Sales, Corporate Banking, Asset Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment strategies, client risk profiling, KYC/AML compliance, and mutual fund transactions.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard individual investors including HNWIs and retail clients to grow mutual fund sales and AUM.
• Assess clients’ goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable mutual funds and asset allocation.
• Monitor portfolios and rebalance strategies based on market conditions and investment objectives.
• Manage client relationships, onboarding documentation, and mutual fund transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switching).
• Provide market updates, investment insights, and financial education to strengthen client engagement and retention.
