Job summary

Carebase in the UK is recruiting a Rehabilitation Assistant (Nights) to provide personal care to residents, helping with bathing, meals, mobility, and daily activities in a warm, welcoming home.

You will work within a friendly team with full training provided. No specific qualifications are required, but compassion and reliability are essential. Night shifts, weekday and alternate weekend work are available.

Qualifications

• You will provide personal care and support to residents.
• You must be alert to residents' physical and mental wellbeing.

About The Role

As our Rehabilitation Assistant (Nights), you'll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and also getting around and enjoying our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents and you will get to know everything about their likes and dislikes as well as their needs. Here’s some other important things you need to know:

• You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well being
• You will help maintain our high standards ensuring our residents' home is always clean and safe
• This is a challenging but very rewarding role. Our residents have high care needs and so will rely on the care and support you provide.
