Job summary

Abbott Indonesia is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory activities for Abbott Nutrition products in Indonesia. You will handle product registrations, ensure labeling and marketing authorization compliance, and align internal systems with regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities include Halal certificate alignment with BPOM, managing label development, engagement with BPOM and KOLs, and assessing new or updated regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Pharmacy required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Food/Nutrition Registration preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations and BPOM requirements expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration for existing products.
• Handle SAS products for special purposes.
• Ensure product compliance in terms of regulation and labeling.
• Manage internal systems for Marketing Authorization alignment with approvals.
• Ensure Halal Certificate alignment with BPOM approval.
• Ensure claims and novel ingredients are approved by BPOM.
• Engage with KOLs, BPOM and associations.
• Responsible for label development and for assessing new or updated regulations.
