Job description
Overview

Prepare, review, and assess required documents for BPOM registration, especially for skincare & cosmetics. Keep up-to-date with changes in BPOM and Halal regulations. Must have experience and understand the process of Halal certifications, especially for skincare & cosmetics. Actively communicate and follow up with Regulatory Authorities on product registration submissions and approvals. Assist in administration related to import including preparing documents and licenses, shipment arrangement, monitoring the shipments to ensure compliance with all trade regulations, and other related administrative works.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and assess documentation for BPOM registration, especially for skincare & cosmetics
  • Keep up-to-date with BPOM and Halal regulatory changes
  • Communicate and follow up with Regulatory Authorities on product registration submissions and approvals
  • Assist in import-related administration, including preparing documents and licenses, arranging shipments, and monitoring shipments for trade compliance
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Deep knowledge about BPOM registration, Halal Certification registration, and import/export processes
  • Good understanding of cosmetics and skincare ingredients
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, multitasking, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
