Job Description
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and profit targets through effective distributor engagement and performance management.
Project Specification Development
- Collaborate with interior design firms and support regional project specifications to expand market reach.
Project Business Expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, developers, hotel chains, and investors to grow project-based sales.
Market Development
- Identify and leverage market opportunities through strategic planning, customer development, and distribution network expansion.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare business reviews, contribute to S&OP meetings, and manage sales reporting tools.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience in distributor management within the sanitary ware or building materials industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with key sales metrics and business reporting.
- Proven track record of being proactive, competitive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent multitasking and performance under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in multicultural environments.
