Overview

Regional Sales Manager – Managing external customers (PBF, Pharmacy, Pharma Chain, Hospital, Doctors, and others) to ensure business development through support, developing, and implementing business achievement and growth opportunities.

Accountabilities
  • Responsible for business achievement in the region to achieve budget through team and align with Product Manager, NKAM, and third party.
  • Manage external parties' team subordinates to make sure sales achievement and sales operation team meet company objectives.
  • Control and monitor team performance toward compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance.
  • Plan, monitor, and review team performance and align their objectives to raise overall company performance.
  • Responsible for achieving sales and target-oriented in the region.
  • Managing third-party sales force (SPO, SMD, Combo, and MR) regarding achievement sales, call coverage, events, and other sales and marketing activities.
  • Liaise with NKAM (PBF, Pharmacy, Hospital, Pharma Chain, and MTC) and Marketing related consumer program activities.
  • Monitoring sales force field activities refers to compliance regulation.
  • Coordinate with distributor and its affiliate regarding sales, stock, and promotion apply in outlet and end user.
  • Close communication with Third Party regarding sales force recruitment, reward, punishment, and attendance.
  • Plan, monitor, and review team performance and meet with company objectives.
  • As a counsellor to develop and coach his/ her team member.
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from any major

Experience Requirements
  • Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position.
  • Experience handling and managing a sales.
  • Experience to handle region area coverage and predict market situation.
  • Strong in data and business acumen.
  • Good command of computer (Ms. Office).
  • Good English skills both oral & written.
