About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at PT. Mega Lighterindo Internusa'. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across multiple locations within the Greater Jakarta area. Your strategic leadership and strong sales expertise will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within your assigned region
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive their performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance against targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive decision‑making
  • Highly motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
