Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth policy analysis and monitoring to identify opportunities and challenges affecting women entrepreneurs.
  • Develop and execute strategic advocacy and engagement plans with relevant ministries, government agencies, and regulators.
  • Represent the organization in dialogues, working groups, and events with public and private sector stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with policymakers, think tanks, and development organizations to advance shared goals.
  • Draft policy papers, position statements, and briefing materials to support advocacy initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with communications and program teams to ensure alignment between advocacy goals and program implementation.
The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or advocacy—preferably within economic development, SME empowerment, or non-profit sectors.
  • Strong understanding of policy processes, government relations, and public-private collaboration in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience working with ministries such as Kemenparekraf, Ministry of Finance, or Bank Indonesia.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to work independently in a remote, lean environment.
  • Passion for women's economic empowerment and inclusive development.
