Job summary

A consumer finance company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Regional Manager for Offline Consumer Finance to drive business growth and manage regional operations. As a Regional Manager for Offline Consumer Finance, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and ensuring healthy portfolio performance within your assigned region. This role plays a key part in expanding offline consumer finance channels, strengthening merchant partnerships, and leading a large sales organization to achieve sustainable business results.

Job Description

Develop and execute regional business strategies for offline consumer finance, including POS channel development, merchant partnerships, and product implementation.

Expand offline consumer finance scenarios such as mobile phones, consumer electronics, home appliances, motorcycles, and furniture.

Manage and lead a regional sales team (City Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants) with a total team size of 100+ people.

Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and ensure team productivity and compliance with SOPs and company policies.

Monitor regional business performance, market competition, and budget control to drive sustainable growth.

Ensure proper risk control execution, including merchant onboarding, fraud monitoring, and delinquency management.

Maintain strong relationships with key regional partners and handle major negotiations and issue escalations.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, risk indicators, and team productivity.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in offline consumer finance, consumer lending, or mobile phone / consumer electronics retail industry.

Strong understanding of offline consumer finance channels and merchant ecosystems.

Experience as a Regional Manager / Regional Sales Manager is preferred.

Background from consumer finance companies (Home Credit, Kredivo, Indodana) or mobile brands (Vivo, OPPO, Xiaomi, Infinix, Tecno) is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Willing to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
