Job summary

A leading paper production company in Bali seeks an experienced Sales Manager to develop and manage B2B customer relationships. You will implement diverse sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and report financial data. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG with a strong KAM background.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market.
  • Must cover Bali and Nusa Tenggara.

  • Implement various sales methods including door-to-door and cold calling.
  • Forecast sales and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Research accounts and generate sales leads.
  • Report feedback to management using financial data.

What You Will Experience:
  • Develop, manage, & maintain B2B Customer, hypermarket, supermarket, Local MT channel in region to achieve sales target
  • Get the business using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field with strong Key Account / KAM FMCG background
  • Have a good relation/channel with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market and able to maintain
  • Cover area Bali and Nusa Tenggara
