A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Regional Business Director for Sarcoma. This role will lead and manage a sales team, develop business strategies, and maintain relationships with key customers. Candidates should have extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in oncology, and possess strong leadership skills. The Regional Business Director Sarcoma will be responsible for recruiting and hiring sales representatives and managing their performance, by providing feedback, coaching and development opportunities. The RBD will provide leadership necessary to achieve sales goals for marketed products in a region. This includes all aspects of sales planning and execution for the area including working with commercials operations, marketing, medical, legal, and senior leadership and ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across geography assigned. The REGIONAL BUSINESS DIRECTOR will also hold ultimate accountability for maintaining effective relationships with key customers in the region.
Role covers the following states – California, Nevada, and Arizona (Ideal candidate will live in geography).
Officially classified as working as a member of field organization, with the expectation of this role to travel and engage and with external partners, collaborators, and other third parties regularly on behalf of SpringWorks Therapeutics.
The expected salary range for this position is $220,000 – $255,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
