About the Role

The Region Offline Business Manager is instrumental in fostering offline business expansion within the designated region, primarily concentrating on the acquisition of Go dine‑in merchants and the promotion of voucher sales. This role involves supporting the Region Sales Senior Manager in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers to identify and prioritize key merchants and Points of Interest (POI).

Through comprehensive market and competitive analyses, the manager is responsible for discerning opportunities and challenges, subsequently furnishing pertinent and actionable insights. During the initial six months, key responsibilities will include addressing concerns emanating from area teams, streamlining escalation procedures to relevant stakeholders, and demonstrating a quantifiable impact through the enhancement of offline engagement and the optimization of regional business strategies.

What You Will Do
  • Oversees regional offline business operations: Responsible for expanding the region's offline business, including leading and supervising the sales executive team.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Supports the development and execution of strategies for dine‑in merchant acquisition and voucher sales, in collaboration with the Business team.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with Area team (Sales & UG) to prioritize merchants and Points of Interest (POI) within the region.
  • Market analysis: Performs competitive analyses to identify regional opportunities and merchant assortment.
  • Monitors and reports issues: Consolidates all issues and insights from the Area and escalates them to relevant stakeholders.
What You Will Need
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or operations, with a preference for experience in the offline or F&B industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning capabilities, coupled with strong analytical skills to conduct market and competition analysis and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in managing merchant relationships and acquisition processes.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem‑solving abilities to identify and escalat(e?) issues, along with strong project management skills to oversee initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • A data‑driven mindset, proficient in monitoring performance metrics and delivering actionable insights.

The Regional Offline Business is part of our Regions Team. We focus on expanding and strengthening the company’s offline presence across key markets. The team works collaboratively across regions, combining strategic planning, market analysis, and on‑ground execution to drive dine‑in merchant acquisition and voucher sales. Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Business teams, they identify growth opportunities, optimize merchant performance, and ensure seamless implementation of regional initiatives. Together, the team plays a crucial role in enhancing offline engagement, delivering measurable results, and supporting the company’s overall business growth strategy.
