Job description
Responsibilities
  • Planning and monitoring sales achievement in a regional area by reviewing and analyzing sales performance (sales achievement, sales growth, profit & loss) for each store in the area.
  • Ensuring each Operation Manager/Operation Coordinator controls all operational procedures following company guidelines (scheduling & zoning per staff, controlling sales achievement from each store, etc.).
  • Analyzing and improving new strategies for underperforming stores.
  • Preparing and reviewing daily, monthly, YTD sales reports; store income reason reports; store visit reports; and regional business overviews to identify current milestone achievements and updated market conditions for management.
  • Ensuring store operations such as opening/closing, bazaar, relocation, renovation, and concept changes are executed; coordinating with landlords, contractors, field teams, and ensuring promotional events are performed as per concept.
  • Managing store utilization, planning and overseeing store expansion, working with Business Development to identify locations, discuss with landlords, and proposing new markets to the General Manager as part of strategic development in the region.
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels by reviewing stock availability reports from Operation Managers/Coordinators and store leaders to validate stock data and prevent missing items.
  • Coordinating with the head office team on merchandise and stock issues.
  • Managing, coaching, and reviewing the performance of operational leaders and staff, enhancing skills, reviewing individual potential and career development to ensure a competent and productive workforce.
  • Monitoring and controlling daily operations of stores in the region.
  • Improving guidelines/work systems for stores to ensure all store operations run correctly and align with company standards (planning, briefing, execution, coaching, review).
  • Approving, monitoring, and reviewing business overview budgets, wage orders, advances, local proposals, smart time attendance, monthly operational costs, taxes for promotions, expedition, car operation costs, and building operational costs.
