Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd in Balikpapan, Indonesia, is looking for an Operator in Refinery to join our team. You will ensure the continuous operation of mechanical systems including compressors, scrubbers, evaporators, and refrigeration gear, and you will start up and shut down plant equipment.

You will record performance data, investigate abnormal pressure variances, and recommend actions to maintain safe, efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in related job field.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Control operation of compressors, scrubbers, evaporators, and refrigeration equipment.
• Start and shut down plant equipment.
• Record, review and compile operations records, test results and gauge readings.
• Determine the cause of abnormal pressure variance, and recommend actions to relieve overloading.
