Role Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct background checks and verify references.

Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

Introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.

Coordinate with different departments to provide necessary training for specific roles.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs through assessments and regular consultation with managers.

Design, develop, and implement training programs to address identified needs.

Conduct training sessions or arrange for external trainers when necessary.

Compliance:

Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and training.

Ensure that all recruitment and training processes align with legal and organizational standards.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records of recruitment and training activities.

Generate reports on key recruitment and training metrics.

Role Requirements
