Job Description
- Supervise day to day operations of recruitment team, ensuring hiring goals are met, including administration recruitment and database
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitoring recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire) and repost on team performance
- Train and mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Manage relationship with external vendors such as job boards, recruitment agencies, and universities
- Support employee branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and appeal to top talent
- Collaborate with HR and department leads for seamless onboarding of new hires
