Qualifications

• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Understand BPJS and income tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle resource requests for various positions and projects.
• Screen suitable CVs.
• Conduct offline or online interviews.
• Handle Psychological tests in coordination with the test bureau.
• Calculate and negotiate salaries.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Generate performance reports.
