About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager to join our team at Formulatrix Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Central Java, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract top talent and build a strong, diverse workforce.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of manpower requirements across departments.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain a strategic candidate pipeline and partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring capability development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital talent marketing.
What we’re looking for
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role or 5–8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specializing in engineering and high-level talent recruitment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment channels and employer branding initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Willing to be placed in Salatiga.
