About The Role

This role supports end-to-end recruitment delivery by owning recruitment data, reporting, and sourcing intelligence, while ensuring smooth operational execution across hiring processes. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, this role provides data-driven insights, strengthens talent pipelines, and supports recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage recruitment data across systems, developing dashboards and reports to track hiring performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping and sourcing to build and maintain strong active and passive talent pipelines, supported by market benchmarking and targeted outreach.
  • Manage recruitment operations and governance, including documentation (SOPs and playbooks), recruitment tools administration, job postings, vendor coordination, and hiring logistics.
  • Support tech hiring processes by managing assignment tests, interview scheduling, and overall hiring coordination to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives by supporting EB analytics to strengthen employer visibility and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent sourcing, recruitment analytics, or a related role (experience supporting tech hiring is a plus).
  • Strong capability in recruitment data management and reporting; experience with Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Workable or similar platforms).
  • Experience in talent mapping, market research, and proactive sourcing, including outreach to passive candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, Employer Branding, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
