This role supports end-to-end recruitment delivery by owning recruitment data, reporting, and sourcing intelligence, while ensuring smooth operational execution across hiring processes. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, this role provides data-driven insights, strengthens talent pipelines, and supports recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
