About the role

Seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant - Business Development to join our growing team at PT Trust Recruit Indonesia in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role is responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships, playing a crucial part in the success of our recruitment agency. You will be tasked with identifying and capturing new opportunities, as well as maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively generating new business leads and converting them into successful placements
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients, from initial briefing to successful candidate placement
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Attending industry events and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to ensure client needs are met
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Contributing to the development of the company's recruitment services and strategies
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of new business development in a recruitment or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and the drive to achieve ambitious targets
  • Experience in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry, preferably within agency recruitment
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
