Our key brands include Dynamo, Fab, Walch and Arfum. We are expanding fast and are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations in Indonesia.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Lead mass‑hiring initiatives, primarily for promoter positions in the FMCG sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline within the FMCG industry.
  • Post and manage job listings across relevant channels.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as needed.
  • Conduct market research to map talent pools, track hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of talent‑acquisition experience in FMCG or similar fast‑paced industries (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
