A leading lifestyle and entertainment company in Bali is seeking a Recreation Staff member for a new Wellness Club. The role involves engaging guests with various activities, ensuring a fun atmosphere, and maintaining hygiene standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma related to Tourism or Sports and at least a year of relevant experience. Knowledge of safety procedures and basic English is required. We are looking for a Recreation Staff for a new Wellness Club in Bali.
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, energetic, and enjoyable manner, creating a fun, engaging, and memorable atmosphere during every activity.
Have full knowledge of the schedule and sequence of activities and demonstrate creativity in leading activities, adapting to the age, needs, and preferences of guests.
Prepare all necessary equipment for the day’s activities and clean all equipment and rooms used after each activity to ensure proper hygiene and safety.
Respond quickly to guest needs or requests during activities.
Understand hotel facilities and product knowledge to integrate into activities, enabling effective upselling and cross-selling through guest interaction.
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) in Tourism/Hospitality or Sports/Health, with at least 1 year of experience in kids club, fitness, recreation, or hospitality activities (preferably in hotels/resorts); attractive, energetic, cheerful, and sociable appearance.
Able to communicate in English (basic–intermediate) for interacting with international guests; physically fit, creative, and able to work in shifts.
Understand daily activity schedules (morning exercise, yoga, kids club, pool games, coffee/tea party) and capable of preparing, using, and tidying up all activity equipment (gym tools, children’s games, sound system, etc.).
Knowledgeable in safety procedures and first aid for both children and adults, and able to lead activities in a friendly, interactive manner according to 5-star hotel standards.
Conduct inventory checks, report damaged activity equipment to supervisors for replacement, and prepare daily activity reports and guest feedback for submission to the supervisor.

Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)
Free parking (1 motorcycle / 1 car)
Annual leave, Replace Day Payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off for long shifts
1 meal per shift
