We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reception & Rostering Officer to support The Salt Foundation's Care Team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination between participants (clients), care staff, and management—balancing scheduling efficiency, compliance, and participant needs.
Note: The Salt Foundation provides services under Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), a government program that funds support for people with disabilities.
You are organized, reliable, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You enjoy solving problems and making sure operations run smoothly.
Understanding of disability or community care systems (NDIS experience preferred but training provided).
Experience using rostering or scheduling software (CareVision or similar).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Australian care or employment compliance (or willingness to learn).
Previous experience in customer service, care coordination, or admin roles is highly valued.
This is a remote position with the possibility of on-site collaboration in Bali as needed.
