Qualifications

• 3+ years in DS/ML
• Strong Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, large tables)
• XGBoost/LightGBM modeling and evaluation (AUC, precision/recall)
• Experience with ML deployment and monitoring
• Excellent communication and ability to drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Investigate funnel and performance issues and propose fixes
• Build and deploy real-time scoring/recommendation models
• Set up monitoring for live models and guardrails
• Communicate insights to product and engineering teams
