Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager professional.
  • Proven experience in real estate, investment sales or high-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Discipline, consistency and hunger to perform at a high level.
  • Professional attitude, accountability and strong follow-up habits.
  • Willingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for Sales Agents.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions or training plans.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal progression.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Support agents in negotiations and deal closures, especially for high-value transactions.
  • Support complex client cases and key accounts when required.
  • Ensure professional handling of buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales documentation.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management to support business decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, scripts, and qualification frameworks.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
