Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant accounting & finance experience in real estate or property industry.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred.
• Keep updated with Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record and file all FAT transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist in variance analysis between actuals and budget.
• Prepare monthly tax reporting and financial statements.
• Coordinate to ensure timely payments to vendors and invoicing to customers.
