Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a reach truck driver to safely load, unload, and stack FG-3 products across multiple warehouse locations. You will perform pre-operation checks, report defects, and ensure accurate inventory placement by scanning codes.

The role requires certification to operate a reach truck, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a team or independently while maintaining organized storage and clear communication with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a reach truck driver.
• Valid certification or license to operate a reach truck.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to load, unload, stack, and retrieve finished goods (FG-3) from various warehouse locations.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any defects or malfunctions immediately.
• Transport FG-3 products to designated storage areas and loading docks according to company procedures.
• Ensure accurate inventory placement and retrieval by scanning and verifying product codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the reach truck and surrounding storage zones.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic rules within the warehouse.
• Assist with manual material handling tasks as needed.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding material movement.
