The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the textile industry and possesses deep knowledge of material characteristics. Qualifications

Job description

Ensuring all the visual inspection result accurate, and on time.

Collaborate with supplier and related department in regards of the rejection by communicate with suppliers.

Lead inspector team and ensuring all the inspection activity comply with standard.

Improving quality by collaborate with supplier to reduce customer complaints.

Ensuring on time equipment calibration.

Updating and monitoring KPI achievement to QCRM Manager

Requirements

• Min D4/ S1 in Technical Textile/ Textile Chemistry background.
• Minimal 5 year(s) of working experience in the same position in textile or garment industry is required for this position.
• Have knowledge and ability in all textile and garment skills.
• Have deep knowledge material characteristic on nylon, polyester, cotton and mixed with elastane.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Have a good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work mobile in Plant 1 Kawasan Industri Jababeka I, Cikarang and Plant 2 Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 8
