• Greetings the guests in Hotel
• Handle check in or check out
• Handle guest requests
• Handle reservation
• Upselling room, breakfast, guest activities, etc
• Drop off guest to Airport or in Seminyak area (occasionally)

Requirements

• Age 18-30 year
• Excellent communications in English both spoken and written
• Good performance, positive individual, friendly, energetic, high sense customer satisfaction
• Pro active, hardworking, good service
• Knowledge basic skills in using computer
• Can join immediately
• Fresh graduates are welcome (having experience in the same field min. 1 year is preferred)
