Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group di Palembang membutuhkan tenaga radiografer dengan kualifikasi Diploma D3 Radiologi untuk melaksanakan pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional hingga CT/MRI serta persiapan pasien dengan standar keselamatan yang ketat.

Posisi ini meliputi entri data pasien, koordinasi dengan departemen administratif, dan menjaga kualitas gambar. Memiliki STR aktif merupakan persyaratan utama untuk bergabung.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional, fluoroskopi, mammografi, CT, MRI, dan fotografi mobile di ruang radiologi
• Menyiapkan peralatan proteksi radiasi dan memeriksa kelayakan peralatan sebelum inspeksi
• Entri data kedatangan pasien dan data pasien terkait di sistem layanan radiologi
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen administratif terkait pemeriksaan yang akan atau telah dilakukan
• Mempersiapkan pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan dan menjelaskan prosedur pemeriksaan agar pasien memahami dan menyetujui prosedur
• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiografi sesuai permintaan dokter dengan langkah-langkah proteksi radiasi
• Membersihkan dan merapikan peralatan setelah inspeksi
• Menjalankan proses Radiografi Komputer (CR) termasuk entri data, editing gambar, dan pengecekan kualitas foto
• Mengkaji dokumentasi dan filing pada file pasien serta kebutuhan operasional radiologi
• Mengumpulkan data dan/atau membuat laporan operasional untuk analisis atasan atau pihak terkait
• Menerapkan prosedur dan praktik layanan berkualitas dan keselamatan, termasuk mengikuti pelatihan, pengumpulan data, dan pembuatan laporan untuk mencapai indikator rumah sakit

Job description

• Carrying out radiographic examinations which include conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, mobile photos in the room, C-arm operations in the operating room, Cath Lab Angiography, and preparing ultrasound in accordance with the procedures and quality and safety standards that have been determined for use as a support for medical services/doctor's diagnosis
• Check the equipment before the inspection and prepare radiation protection equipment to minimize obstacles during inspection activities
• Performing data entry related to confirming patient arrivals and necessary patient data in the radiology service system
• To confirm with the administrative department regarding the examination that will be or has been conducted
• Preparing patients who will undergo examinations, including explaining the examination procedures that will be carried out to ensure that the patient understand and agree to the procedure
• Carry out radiographic examinations according to the request of the sending doctor by taking radiation protection measures when carrying out the examination
• Ensure that equipment is neat and clean after inspection activities
• Carrying out processes directly related to Computer Radiography includes entering data, editing images, and checking the quality of photos to produce optimal radiographic photos that will be used by radiology specialists
• Carry out complete documentation and filing both in patient files and for operational needs of radiology services
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be used as analysis material by superiors or by other related parties
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
