Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group di Palembang membutuhkan teknisi radiologi dengan pendidikan D3 Radiologi dan STR aktif untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional, fluoroskopi, mammografi, CT, MRI, dan USG sesuai standar keselamatan yang ditetapkan.

Pelamar akan memeriksa peralatan, menyiapkan perlindungan radiasi, mengelola data pasien dalam sistem radiologi, serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen administrasi dan dokter terkait permintaan pemeriksaan.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 di Radiologi wajib.
• STR aktif dimiliki.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional, fluoroskopi, mammografi, CT, MRI, dan USG sesuai standar.
• Memeriksa peralatan sebelum inspeksi dan menyiapkan perlindungan radiasi.
• Mengisi data terkait kedatangan pasien dalam sistem radiologi.
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian administrasi mengenai pemeriksaan yang akan/dilakukan.
• Menjelaskan prosedur pemeriksaan kepada pasien agar memahami dan setuju.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiografi sesuai permintaan dokter dengan tindakan proteksi radiasi.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan peralatan setelah inspeksi.
• Proses Radiografi Komputer: entri data, edit gambar, cek kualitas foto.
• Mendokumentasikan dan membuat laporan untuk analisis atasan atau pihak terkait.
• Menerapkan prosedur kualitas dan keselamatan.

Job description

• Carrying out radiographic examinations which include conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, mobile photos in the room, C-arm operations in the operating room, Cath Lab Angiography, and preparing ultrasound in accordance with the procedures and quality and safety standards that have been determined for use as a support for medical services/doctor's diagnosis
• Check the equipment before the inspection and prepare radiation protection equipment to minimize obstacles during inspection activities
• Performing data entry related to confirming patient arrivals and necessary patient data in the radiology service system
• To confirm with the administrative department regarding the examination that will be or has been conducted
• Preparing patients who will undergo examinations, including explaining the examination procedures that will be carried out to ensure that the patient understand and agree to the procedure
• Carry out radiographic examinations according to the request of the sending doctor by taking radiation protection measures when carrying out the examination
• Ensure that equipment is neat and clean after inspection activities
• Carrying out processes directly related to Computer Radiography includes entering data, editing images, and checking the quality of photos to produce optimal radiographic photos that will be used by radiology specialists
• Carry out complete documentation and filing both in patient files and for operational needs of radiology services
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be used as analysis material by superiors or by other related parties
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
