Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to TV display product design and mold/press tooling development. You will work on mechanical parts design for OLED/LCD displays, review molds, and ensure development timelines.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Materials Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and CREO, and experience in manufacturing. Fresh graduates welcome; English proficiency expected; Korean language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make improvements and ideas in the mechanical parts of Television (TV).
• Mechanical parts design for each display device (OLED/LCD).
• Product design based on modular / 3S concepts.
• Review and Develop Mold / Press Items.
• Ensure the schedule of development for new models is on time.
• Make daily/weekly/monthly reports for development progress.

What You'll Do

• Make improvements and ideas in the mechanical parts of Television (TV)

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Material/Metallurgy Engineering
• Have knowledge/interest in 2D Tool (AutoCAD), 3D Tool CREO (Pro-E), Mold/Press tool, Mold/Press design, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, TV / LCM Display technology
• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
