Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage R&D projects for seafood and surimi products from concept to launch.
  • Develop and improve product formulations, processes, and analytical methods.
  • Drive product/process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with BPOM, GMP, FSSC, BRC, and customer audits.
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into innovative product concepts.
  • Conduct trials, pilot runs, and shelf-life studies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, QA, Production, and Procurement to align R&D with business goals.
  • Mentor and lead the R&D team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver technical presentations and updates to senior management.
Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Food Technology from a reputable university.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in R&D of Surimi or Seafood Product.
  • Strong knowledge in food ingredients and it's function.
  • Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC).
  • Skilled in Fishery Food Product Formulation
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with strong attention to details and a strong sense of creativity.
  • Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
