• Support in the preparation of interim valuation, claim submission, variation orders, final accounts and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Manager, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years local experience in quantity surveying in main contractor firm for building construction projects.
• Experience in contract negotiation, administration, and/or management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
