Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and developing products, starting from identifying customer needs, creating designs and prototypes, to conducting testing and technical documentation. This role also involves cross-department coordination and driving innovation through research and product improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and define product specification based on functional and reach the target by requirements
• Create 2D/3D designs using CAD software and develop physical prototypes for concept testing
• Conduct functional and reliability tests to ensure the product meets performance standards
• Prepare technical documents such as Bill of Materials and assembly instruction
• Participate in regular cross-department meetings to monitor project progress
• Conduct research on new technologies or material and implement design improvements for product enhancement

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software

Job Description
