  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE, supply chain, vendors, and field teams to promote a strong quality culture, improve equipment reliability, and ensure safe and compliant service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial, Chemical, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical quality and field operations experience.

  • Understand quality management systems and industry standards such as API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001, ASME, DS-1, inspection requirements, pressure testing, calibration, NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes.
  • Be able to interpret technical drawings, inspection reports, pressure test records, maintenance history, failure data, equipment dossiers, and quality documentation to support risk-based decisions.
  • Show strong analytical, troubleshooting, auditing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions through cross-functional teams.
  • Be committed to HSE, compliance, operational discipline, service quality, defect prevention, and continuous improvement in pressure pumping operations.
