Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and evaluate Quality and Risk management in the hospital.
  • Develop strategies and objectives for the Quality Improvement program.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality measurements.
  • Monitor implementation of the PMKP program.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for quality system processes.
  • Handle patient safety incidents including reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with service standards.
