Job summary

A leading luxury resort company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for its location in Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager for AYANA Komodo In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality standards protocols are met and maintained throughout the resort. You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of excellence and compliance with regulations, ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and facilitate Tiger Teams to drive improvements aligned with key hotel indicators and GSI data.
  2. Conduct Performance Excellence Planning (PEP) reviews and support departments with data analysis, root cause identification, and action planning.
  3. Initiate and execute quality and hotel projects based on strategic plans, operational needs, or General Manager’s direction.
  4. Analyze GSI, Hotsos, and operational data to recommend key drivers, improvement initiatives, and process enhancement opportunities.
  5. Supervise the Quality Administrator and ensure smooth daily operations within the Quality team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a 5-star or luxury hotel/resort.
  • Background in auditing or training within ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM, or equivalent quality management systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
