Our Malang Plant currently are looking for Quality Manager and here for details:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall quality management of the factory, establishing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing the factory quality system to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Build and improve the factory quality system, develop and implement quality standards, processes, and management regulations
- Organize and implement factory quality policies and objectives, drive quality improvement projects, and enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Lead customer and third-party audits, prepare audit documentation, and coordinate departments to complete corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Handle customer quality feedback, lead the team in problem analysis, root cause investigation, and improvement follow-up to ensure closure and prevent recurrence
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration, monitor quality control in the production process, and ensure products meet internal and external standards
- Manage daily operations of the Quality Department, guide and develop team members, and enhance overall professional capabilities
- Regularly report quality status and improvement plans to company management, providing data support for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related majors
- Minimum 8 years of relevant quality experience, with at least 3 years in team management
- Familiar with quality systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and GMP, with proven experience in factory quality system establishment and audit handling
- Proficient in common quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP), with the ability to independently drive quality improvement projects
- Proven experience and successful cases in quality system establishment and continuous improvement
- Strong communication, coordination, and stress management skills; capable of leading customer issue resolution and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Good in English, capable of using it as a working language.
