We are currently seeking a Quality Management (QM) Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with IATF and ISO standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across both production and administrative areas. This position will also coordinate quality-related documentation, inspection processes, and performance tracking to ensure operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-check the implementation of Work Instructions and Operational Procedures related to IATF clauses.
- Support the preparation of PPAP documentation such as Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Inspection Standards, and verify the implementation of core tools (FMEA & Control Plan) on the production line.
- Support visual management and improvement initiatives related to IATF compliance in both office and production areas.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of packaging materials based on AQL standards.
- Prepare control charts and reports for incoming inspection results.
- Report any abnormalities found during inspection to HSSEQ, Laboratory, or Production departments for further action.
- Support Maintenance in tracking data for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
- Support Production in tracking OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) performance.
- Assist Maintenance in identifying parts for predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Support the development and maintenance of visual management systems related to TPM.
- Responsible and act as HSE Officer for the plant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with IMS (Integrated Management System) standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and quality management systems including IATF 16949:2016.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) and statistical techniques such as SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations, particularly ISO 19011.
- Ability to identify potential risks and areas for improvement within processes and systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in packaging development and familiarity with measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and related tools.
- Certified in K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) or other relevant HSE certifications preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards.
