Job summary

A leading e-Liquid Cigarette manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality improvement projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include improving quality control processes and handling customer complaints. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This position is based in Cikarang, West Java.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma related certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and implementation of quality improvement projects.
• Improve quality control processes for new product introduction and coordinate quality‑related issues.
• Handle and follow up process anomalies and customer complaints, and track customer improvement feedback results.
• Develop semi‑finished and finished product inspection specifications, control plan formulation and improvement.
• Conduct audit, improve process technology, and lead the execution of quality control system improvement projects.
