Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily quality KPIs and progress.
  • Review specifications and testing methods alongside the Quality Manager.
  • Prepare samples for testing from production and warehouse.

Quality Coordinator - Your future position?

As a Quality Coordinator with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will report to Head of Quality.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily progress of quality site such as create, monitor Quality KPI.
  • Monitor the sensory, analytical and microbiology including review of the specification and testing method, and report to Quality Manager.
  • Coordinate and prepare samples from production and warehouse to be tested.
  • Prepare and implement a daily report to the Quality Manager and also escalate if there is any issue.
  • Establish SOP, WI, Form or checklist for Quality management system.
  • Coordinate and supervise any internal and external audit including any audit management system from certification bodies.
  • Understand the process of line qualification and laboratory management system.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement program as a mandatory program such as 5 S.
  • Participate and coordinate discussion with project management team (including external party and vendor).
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Food Technology, Chemical or related science or engineering discipline.
  • Overall work experience of 3 to 4 years in similar positions, preferably with chemical and sensory exposure.
  • Operational experience and strong affinity on laboratory system, analytical equipment and instruments.
  • Knowledge on chemical substances, hazardous material and related local regulations.
  • Experienced in SAP is preferred.
