Zusammenfassung

JAPFA is seeking a Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional to ensure product integrity across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. You will perform physical, chemical, and sensory tests, document results, and report deviations to the QC Supervisor.

Work with production teams to uphold GMP and food safety standards while maintaining accurate data and laboratory calibration. This role offers collaboration in a fast-paced agribusiness environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in food or feed industry.
• Familiarity with QC principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Able to operate laboratory equipment and perform basic analytical tests.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Understanding GMP and food safety standards is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods per procedures.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests on samples using laboratory equipment.
• Document and record inspection and test results accurately and promptly.
• Identify and report non-conforming products or processes to QC Supervisor.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality parameters and GMP.
• Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and participate in CAPA initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
