Responsibilities

• Ensure that inbound and outbound materials are inspected and comply with AOP standards.
• Handle non-conforming products within the scope of Logistics & Procurement.
• Conduct ad‑hoc quality inspections of all AOP products.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports in both internal and external forums.
• Implement PDCA cycles to address Pareto issues and support subordinates' development for competency and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with min GPA 3.00 and strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented.
• Adaptable and able to understand manufacturing production processes.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting symbols.
