Job summary

JAPFA Megaluh seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee and strengthen QC processes across operations, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on implementing tests, audits, and corrective actions while leading a QC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Animal Husbandry, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the food processing or animal feed industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Proven ability to implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to be based in Megaluh.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and standards for RPU Megaluh operations.
