About the role

As a Quality Control Supervisor at PT. ATEJA TRITUNGGAL, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the QC production lines. This full-time position is based in Bandung, West Java, and involves managing a team of QC operators to ensure high-quality output and on‑time delivery of products.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the weaving production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Monitoring and optimising the performance of weaving machines and equipment to maximise efficiency
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Maintaining detailed production records and generating reports for management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a weaving production supervisory role within the manufacturing or textile industry
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemical Textile Min. GPA 3,00
• Strong technical knowledge of quality control procedures
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address operational challenges
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders
