Job description

The QC Inline Inspector is responsible for conducting quality control activities directly within the production line. This includes monitoring and ensuring the compliance of in-process products with company standards, identifying defects, and reporting non-conformities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining consistent product quality and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor product compliance against internal quality standards.
  • Identify and record product defects and initiate corrective actions.
  • Report any non-conformance findings to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform routine sampling and testing in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 procedures.
  • Operate QC instruments such as GC (Gas Chromatography), UTM (Universal Testing Machine), and Torsimeter.
  • Maintain documentation and inspection records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality awareness and adherence.
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards in all QC activities.
  • Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work in shifts as per production schedule.
