Job summary

Somethinc - Beautyhaul in Depok, West Java is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Engineer to ensure products meet stringent standards. You will develop and implement QC plans, perform inspections of materials, in-process and finished goods, and analyze data to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, maintain quality records, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support CAPA activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency with quality inspection tools and measurement techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate quality issues and solutions to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and inspection procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and root causes of defects.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality documentation and records, including inspection reports and calibration logs.
