Job summary

Oil States International seeks a QC Engineer to maintain NDT compliance and oversight of inspections, ensuring qualification standards and proper documentation in the Master Control System. You will supervise daily shop floor inspections, coordinate with production, and prepare quality plans, ITPs, and inspection notifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor inspection activities.
• Coordinate with production to align inspection with schedules.
• Prepare and update quality plans, ITPs and inspection notifications.
• Issue test requests and coordinate testing with vendors.
• Identify and manage nonconformities (NCRs) and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare weekly QC activity reports for QHSE Manager.
• Plan QC resources for weekend work as needed.
